The products you (the member or customer) designates are automatically shipped to you each month on the day you specify, regardless of any other orders you have placed during the month.

You can change your order anytime up to 5 business days prior to the payment processing date.

You may also cancel your autoship at ANY time. (even if you got the autoship price!)

Q: What are the Benefits of the Auto-Ship Program?

Q: How Do I sign up for the Auto-Ship Program?
A: Simple. Order here online and click auto-ship. Or Call 1-800-531-4877 and ask for the Auto-Ship department. Tell them you would like to go on auto-ship.

Q: What can I purchase through Auto-Ship Program?
A: You can either purchase all Life Force products at a discount. Life Force has quarts, 1/2 gallons, and gallons. Family packs of 8 quarts are available. The more you buy, the more you save.

Q: What if I want to change my order of my form of payment?
A: Easy. Call 1-800-531-4877 and ask for the Auto-Ship department. Tell them what changes you would like to make.

Q: When is my autoship order sent?
A: Autoship is generated on the date you specify and will ship the following business day. Remember, when setting up your autoship, allow approximately seven to ten business days for your product to arrive. Therefore, if you would like your product to arrive on an approximate day of the month, please schedule accordingly.

Q: What forms of payments may I use?
A: There are two convenient payment options - bank draft (from you checking account) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). Once you activate your Auto-Ship Program account, monthly orders will be processes and either your checking account will be debited or your credit card will be charged.

Q: When will my bank account be debited or my credit card charged?
A: Your form of payment will be charged on the day your order ships.

Q: How will I know if there are any problems establishing my Auto-Ship account?
A: A representative from the Auto-Ship department will be able to advise you when you call in.

Q: What happens if I cancel my auto-ship?
A: We stop automatically shipping. You may start or stop your auto-ship order at anytime. Remember though, without auto-ship, you won't get the discount.
